If you have package already just deliver it. No need to pass ot off to usps

Spent $94.68 for shipping, was guaranteed delivery 12/20. 12/21, no idea where package is or when it will arrive.

I placed an order, it got to Edmonton where they said they couldnt send it to a post office box. So I paid an additional $46 to have it overnighted to Lacombe. They then sent it back to Ontario! I still have yet to receive the package.

You said my package was to be out for delivery wed in a city that is 20 min away it hasnt gotten here and it is sat still no updates where it is

Ground shipping takes for ever!

Just terrible. They don’t even leave notices or anything when a package get delivered, no email, notice nothing!

Package out for delivery at 4:20am. Now it says loaded on delivery truck 9:35pm

I was on the phone with a supervisor and he hung up on me. I requested a claim for a next day delivery that should have arrived today and he hung up on me. I will never use your company again and I hope people realize how untrustworthy this bison is with packages we are expecting. It’s a Christmas bonus check, I love how you could care less about other people’s money.

The day they were suppose to deliver my item, I stayed home all day waiting. They never showed,but said I was not available to receive it. I called them and arranged to have it delivered between 8am and noon. It is now 8:24 pm and still no delivery. I called around 4pm and was told that the driver was on his way to my location. Another lie.
