It was supposed to be here yesterday and still nothing get or stuff together I was supposed to have It before Christmas I guess I won’t be getting it befor them

I give them NO rate because they lied about coming and trying to deliver my package and then said they would deliver it the next day and it do not come I'm still waiting for it to come

Horrible. Hands off to USPS. USPS ships faster from the start.

I shopped late for this bag and know UPS wil get it to me.

This is another year when I took a chance and ordered Sees Candy. Every time. UPS does not deliver on time! This tracking #, yesterday, said pkg was in DALLAS! TODAY, it says it's back in LOS ANGELES!!! I'm very angry at UPS's incompetence! USPS is much better! Merry Christmas!

Try Pony Express next time.

Awful! Never left a note saying where my package was.

Unbelievable, in a season when people are expecting packages. I was unable to change address with sender, that was number one, the first delivery I was left a message from UPS to a ups location to pick up package. Both locations didn't have my package. The next two days ups come at the same time and I was working. I left a message for ups to please leave it at one of the ups location. Came no acknowledgement and now have no idea where anything is. This is bad! Meanwhile your competiors, comeback later in the evening either or the next evening. I am not happy!

Very unsatisfied Can't talk to a real person. What I'm having delivered is perishable and I'm very wo6that it may be spoiled as it may not be temperature controlled. I was unable to make concern known but you better believe me that I sure will if it come to me SPOILED!!

I get it's the holidays but it would be nice if they delivered the package they said that they delivered.

Changed my address on my packages and now don't know where they are.
