Never had a problem when I checked tracking site for my packages . They list the time and date and I know when it showed up. Thanks for being so efficant in your delivery's.

Had two boxes I paid extra to have delivered on Friday 20 December 2019. One box arrived on time. The second box was not received until the afternoon of Monday 23 December 2019. I paid extra so I would the parts to do the work I needed to do over the weekend. As a result of your inability to get the package here on time, I'm delayed several days in my work, but additionally I'm likely out the extra shipping money because your claim process will be so convoluted that it will be more time than it worth to fight with UPS to get it.

Tell your drivers not to tell the recipient of the delivery package what is in it especially when it is a surprise. Ruined Christmas. Make the delivery and keep quiet!

Absolute worst company, bad business and never ever can you receive help from a representative. I wish amazon could take over all of their business. It makes no sense with a company so large they are unable to fix all of the kinks to satisfy customers. Horrible experience. And I paid for next day!

Completely dissatisfied, you are never able to get any representative to actually assist you. Each representative basically gives you the exact information that you get off line

Tracking ceased 12/20/01:41 reported out for delivery. Sixty hours later, I have not received a pkg or delivery notification
