  • I placed an order, it got to Edmonton where they said they couldnt send it to a post office box. So I paid an additional $46 to have it overnighted to Lacombe. They then sent it back to Ontario! I still have yet to receive the package.

  • I was on the phone with a supervisor and he hung up on me. I requested a claim for a next day delivery that should have arrived today and he hung up on me. I will never use your company again and I hope people realize how untrustworthy this bison is with packages we are expecting. It’s a Christmas bonus check, I love how you could care less about other people’s money.

  • The day they were suppose to deliver my item, I stayed home all day waiting. They never showed,but said I was not available to receive it. I called them and arranged to have it delivered between 8am and noon. It is now 8:24 pm and still no delivery. I called around 4pm and was told that the driver was on his way to my location. Another lie.

  • UPS gets a bad wrap during this time of year. The employees work extremely long hours and UPS does not care about their well being. It doesn't matter if there is bad weather, or too much work and not enough employees they just don't care. I have always received my packages on time and the workers are always pleasant. With everyone shopping online these days, the work has increased but the staff has not. No one wants to work for them because the hours are unreasonable.
