UPS reviews

I left 2 stars because I recieved my package, when the ups delivery guy handed it to me I grabbed it from the bottom and top and he looked at me sketchy. I felt like something was awkward, then I realized the bottom of my box was cut open. By then he left already. So I look and he obviously opened my box. This is not acceptable, and is a problem not only for me but everyone.

Looks like my kids will get their Xmas today...You all rock ...thank you

Package was suppose to be here between 11:45 and 3:45. It is now 8:40 and it is still not here. I had to cancel all plans this evening.

Terrible, left a package on my step. Why? Stolen just like that!

I wish Amazon was still using FedEx! So many things aren't delivering on time!

My package shipped on 12-21 and it arrived by Christmas.

My package arrived 6 days late and the whole package was empty and damaged

Package of 5 plates of 10 lb each they stole 2 plates , box came open and they left it in the garage door instead of my door . Thefts

Thurs. I never left my home, waiting for package. Driver did NOT try to deliver it to my house Fri. Again, stayed home alllllllll day long, be waiting on package. Then OMG, the driver had an emergency situation and could not deliver the package. Spoke with ups and the lady guaranteed me it would be delivered first thing Monday Morning. And she would have office, closest to me, call me within one hour. That was Saturday morning. Call did not come. Monday (today) morning came an left, no package. It is now 5:24 pm central time, and still, NO PACKAGE!!!. I would like some kind of compansation for your lack of responsibility, and compassion, for your customer.

UPS always does a great job exceeding my expectations!

Good, there really has never been a box thats been delivered that has any visible damage, when ordering any large things they always step out and the people are always nice.
