Delayed service...not good

I paid $20 to have an envelope send it to my daughter and grandkids for Christmas it was supposed to be delivered by Friday the 13th of December here it is Christmas day they have not got it and the tracking number on my receipt says that that's the wrong tracking number never again will I use your service

Never recieved package

I have been waiting on my package for two days and have yet to receive it. Each day the excuse for it not being delivered has been false.

Absolutely the most horrible service ever on the planet. I have shipped several things to my grandchildren; and not one time has a package arrived on time. I have paid for expedited Service, too. Now , here we are on Christmas eve and package not arrived. Tracking says in Louisville ...should have been delivered this morning at latest to northern Virginia. So my grandchildren will not have their gifts. I AM FURIOUS. WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!!!!! I would rate a Minus one million if I could.

MY ITEM IS WAITING TO MOVE. TO MUCH LIST TIME. SHOULD BEEN HERE BY CHRISTMAS.

Very expensive and very slow

I was promised my package would be here today and was told they came by and didn't. At home all day and no one came. Very disappointed with service. My granddaughter is very disappointed. Never again.

This company is absolutely heartless. It’s Christmas Eve and their workers are being held in after hours. It is possible that some will not get home until 12 am on Christmas. The worst company to work for...extremely disappointed.

Package sent dec 20 it's the 24th still no package

My package was supposed to be beliver 12/23/19 still haven't be deliver they r saying the address is wrong. That is the right address I have played to have it deliver Monday 23th very disappointed

If your package says it was delivered but you did not receive, there is no way to report,

UPS is horrible. I have ordered items and left instructions for them to ring my bell, upon delivery, and have ended up my items being stolen or across the street. They need to upgrade their service! Horrible, especially around the holidays!
