I think UPS does a great job Almost always on time. Reasonable prices, Dependable

All I've ever seen UPS drivers do is look for an address and slap a sticker on the doors, they dont attempt to deliver anything. So much for customer service.

Worst service ever!!! Very unreliable. Save yourself the heartache of trying to receive your package.

I sent a package on the 20th of dec.it has not moved since dec. 24th and this is the 27th. Call no help

Worst service ever supposed to have before Christmas,no text ,lied said receiver schedule another time lie,then when delivered no text,then said receiver said would pick up another lie ,been 5 days since original delivery date

Paid for expedited shipping package was a week late past normal shipping

Tracking number is useless. The only thing it shows is when shipment was picked up but after that...silence. Grrrr

Package ssuppose to be delivered by 12/24. Found a note on my door on the first attempt telling me where I need to go pick it up at. CANT EVEN READ WHAT THE WRITING SAYS!!!

I would give it a zero stars but it doesn't give you that option. it showed that the package was supposed to arrive Friday for Christmas. it cost me $11 to send that book. it arrived in some town I've never heard of on Saturday. and the book I got my sister for Christmas is missing!

Chicago to Los Angeles and then delivered to my hotel room in less than 15 hours. Pretty impressive.

Where is the package. It wasn't delivered why.

No updates at all anywhere for my package which has a tracking number. No agents know where my package is either. Terrible and very unreliable.

They don’t put tracking number on receipt - will never use them again UPS website and phone contacts are useless
