I sent a package next day delivery. It was very important. They ask for phone numbers of sender AND receiver. Yet, when they ran into trouble, they DID NOT BOTHER CALLING! A phone call, figure out the problem. You charge enough to get the package there for chrissake!

Super disappointed with UPS Canada!!! Not reliable and ‘due to weather conditions’ delivery’ issues! Seriously folks how are you going to do business when extreme weather comes. Horses get packages faster to Saskatoon from Winnipeg!

Very dissatisfied! I’ve used UPS for years. This year the UPS outlet store in Guerneville CA did not get the shipping process right causing great expense, delay, alarm when tracking number was changed without notifying me, and disappointment knowing my package ten days later is still in CA and not expected in VA for another eight days more!
