I ordered my son a Christmas gift from Amazon on December 18, it was supposed to be delivered by the 24th, this was a prime item. The next day UPS changed the delivery date from the 24th to the 30th. I called Amazon and was put on a conference call with an Amazon CSR and UPS. I have never been so rudely talked to. The UPS guy informed me that I should never play the lottery because I have terrible luck and I should tell my son he would get his Christmas gift eventually. I am still waiting...it was now supposed to arrive tomorrow, but they keep changing the date. There is no rating low enough to give UPS at this time, it is not worth one star, but unfortunately you have to give at least one.

Package was picked up on Dec 9 to be delivered by the 18. Now it's not being demoted to the 3rd of Jan! Total crap, and I bet that doesn't even happen.

The clerk had told me my pkg probably would be delivered after the holidays. The pkg was for my 2 small grandchildren for CHRISTMAS, but oh well. To my happy surprise, it arrived on the 24th & all was well. Thanks.

I have been waiting since Monday fir UPS to pickup a package. It is now Thursday mid-morning and they haven't shown up yet! Usually in this area early morning. Have to be here when they pick up so wasting many days of my life due to their inefficiency!

Would rate 5/5 that tracking is available. Score drops because difficulty in entering the tracking number. Your system admits 73% fail to enter correctly. Maybe a sign that error us in system. 1. Current type font & size make “0”, “B”, “O”, & “8” interchangeable. 2. Easier to read 4DS 3O1 6XB 8963 than 4DS3O16XB8963. Just a (friendly) suggestion.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lied to many times about delivery dates and times. Also still do not have my package. Customer service is also overseas. Contacted merchant about their shipper.

I paid $20 to have an envelope send it to my daughter and grandkids for Christmas it was supposed to be delivered by Friday the 13th of December here it is Christmas day they have not got it and the tracking number on my receipt says that that's the wrong tracking number never again will I use your service
