Worst service ever supposed to have before Christmas,no text ,lied said receiver schedule another time lie,then when delivered no text,then said receiver said would pick up another lie ,been 5 days since original delivery date

Tracking number is useless. The only thing it shows is when shipment was picked up but after that...silence. Grrrr

Package ssuppose to be delivered by 12/24. Found a note on my door on the first attempt telling me where I need to go pick it up at. CANT EVEN READ WHAT THE WRITING SAYS!!!

I would give it a zero stars but it doesn't give you that option. it showed that the package was supposed to arrive Friday for Christmas. it cost me $11 to send that book. it arrived in some town I've never heard of on Saturday. and the book I got my sister for Christmas is missing!

They don’t put tracking number on receipt - will never use them again UPS website and phone contacts are useless
