Very poor in getting it to me laying around their depots for days. One pay out good money to receive their products in a timely manner this will be over 3 weeks to ship from California

My presents to my nephew and his family are over a week late now due to operating conditions! Really!? If I could give them no stars I would! They are not even helpful in getting the issue resolved!

How can a package the has been out for delivery since 7:33 AM sundenly be delayed. This service is terrible when a basketball game is on TV.
