A package from amazon was to be delivered.i wrote the tracking number in the ups web site and said it was not available.i just wanted to get clarification and no one was available. This is a poor way to conduct business.

My son's package of baked goods arrived intact and 3 days earlier than scheduled. It went from Cleveland to Oakland!!

On truck Friday never showed said they adjusted apt no. On its way again not here yet! I don't live in an apt!??
