I have never had any problems with ups delivery. Drivers have always been courteous. Thank you to all at ups.

Very poor in getting it to me laying around their depots for days. One pay out good money to receive their products in a timely manner this will be over 3 weeks to ship from California

My presents to my nephew and his family are over a week late now due to operating conditions! Really!? If I could give them no stars I would! They are not even helpful in getting the issue resolved!

Why do you put personal phone numbers on mailing addresses. Not good and stop
