UPS reviews

Delivery was promised for December 31...they said the address was incorrect but it wasn't....Now January 3 and I am still waiting. I am living out in the country but have received packages here before....UPS driver apparently didn't want to drive out this far. I won't purchase from Amazon again if it requires shipping by UPS!

I've been waiting all day for my package.nothing yet.at 8:30 am.package was scanned...an hour away from me.6 hours ago.nothing yet...by the end of day.mine should.arrive.will that be 11:59pm...just asking...

On truck for delivery. Wait all day and then says after 7 pm says will be delivered next day. BS

3 next day air early am packages in a row that failed to get to us.

I waited from 8:00am to 4:00pm for UPS to pick up packages. I called customer service twice, and spent over an hour each call waiting for an agent to get on and tell me they couldn't tell me any info or regused to give me the phone number to the hub, where someone could tell me something. They are so rude. Says a lot about paying a little more for U.S. based employees. Long gone are the days when UPS was an industry leader. I remember the difference.

Driver is prompt and very curious.

I ordered from Office Depot an item on 12/29/19 and on 12/31/19 I called and they said I should be getting it that day. I tracked it on UPS and it was setting in their distribution center 3 miles from where I live. It is 01/02/20 @ 1:00 p.m. and it's been on the truck since 4:07 a.m. Not a happy camper!

No time slot been waiting 10+ hrs and still no idea what time it's due

I sent a package overnight on the 30th.it still has not arrived.

Sent via UPS December 21 and hasn’t arrived yet on January 2nd. Cust was higher than US Postal Service, yet took three times longer. Insanity!!!
