UPS can somehow find the house two doors down, but we have had 3 deliveries not delivered in the last 4 months because they can’t find our house. No other carrier has issues

For me there's only one place to go for shipping.

Horrible service was supposed to receive a package on the 3rd it is now 1:09 P.M. IT is only a 13 minute drive to the customer service center. The company that had the package sent did not say 3 day delivery. It was one day

My order came from Ontario, ship Dec 22, 2 days to get to Brossard, Quebec. On Dec 24 it' in the UPS warehouse in Brossard, now January 6 still didnt received my order. 13 days after shipping???????

Your tracker on this site showed me when package was picked up but that's it. That's it it went across the country and never was updated again on this site. I finally found out where it is.

Ups is the best

Such a delivery issue with my pkgs I hate ups they just put pkgs anywhere always a headache sadly they can't follow directions on instructions were to put pkgs this happened more then several times they r extremely overpaid and need to get new employees

Have not gotten the whereabouts of my package, since 12/31/19. And today is 01/05/20. Need to say more !

It’s unbelievable that UPS delayed my package for 18 hours due to a mid-delivery at a carrier facility in Tacoma Wa. It took 18 hours for my package to get back in the hands of UPS. So now it’s 7 o’clock so I guess I can assume that it will not be delivered today, even though the tracking system says it will be here by 8 o’clock. POOR POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!

My package supposed to be delivered by 24.12.2019 and it's not delivered yet by 04.01.2020! Very helpful
