8 days from Ontario, CA. To MO. Ridiculous! Be nice if they worked on Saturdays like FedEx does. USPS is 10x faster than UPS

I have never had any Problems with UPS I live in Kokomo IND in Indian Heights and the reg young man that delivers out here is awesome Very nice & very polite Young man I hope it is out here for a very long time and we rate UPS a Five Star for sure

I have been waiting for a package since jan 3. It was rescheduled for today after I called and updated the address. But still no delivery. The local ups does not have a local number and is open only in the evening for a couple hours. It is dark now and no ups truck came by.
