Horrible service, it takes forever. I bought a videogame and they are taking almost a month to deliver it and other products I bought some days later arrived a week ago.

Disappointed in Ohio
I shipped two packages from the same UPS facility in Ohio on 12/30/2019 destined to be delivered to the same address in Colorado on 01/04/2020. One package made it but, without a reasonable explanation from UPS, the other remains in limbo. No stars from me.

Took to UPS drop off. Package sent out for redelivery to me even though it was taken to ups for return to original sender. Dropped off Dec 19th and still hasn't been delivered.

Sent my package back to sender because I didn't include a street but did give my house, postcode and London as address. Is that not enough?!
