Supposed to be delivered today by 8pm. Not delivered !!!

They could not find my package #.and my package hasn't gotten there to its destination.its been over two weeks

I was just checking on my order and haven't received the yet but.... I always receive everything on time thanks

Not very professional was home said. I wasn't missed 2 days work waiting on package still hasn't arrives

8 days from Ontario, CA. To MO. Ridiculous! Be nice if they worked on Saturdays like FedEx does. USPS is 10x faster than UPS

I have called and used the on line look up still don't know where is my package!

The guy never ding dong at my home

I have never had any Problems with UPS I live in Kokomo IND in Indian Heights and the reg young man that delivers out here is awesome Very nice & very polite Young man I hope it is out here for a very long time and we rate UPS a Five Star for sure

I have been waiting for a package since jan 3. It was rescheduled for today after I called and updated the address. But still no delivery. The local ups does not have a local number and is open only in the evening for a couple hours. It is dark now and no ups truck came by.

Strongly discourage anyone to use this courier. You will regret it!

They said I put the wrong address.I didn't. Kids Christmas gifts were delivered to some unknown address.

UPS can somehow find the house two doors down, but we have had 3 deliveries not delivered in the last 4 months because they can’t find our house. No other carrier has issues

For me there's only one place to go for shipping.
