UPS is a reliable and efficient.

Never count on them to deliver package on time!!!!

Package was to be delivered in one day never showed up until a day later and it arrived in late afternoon and got charged a fee so when they say it will be there overnight make sure it’s 100 percent guaranteed. That’s why they are only getting one star from us!!

My second notice received yesterday and the site doesn't recognize it.

Ups is very unorganized, they sent me to a empty ups location in caladen and it's not even open they had me driving and wasting my time from one warehouse to the other. I am very disappointed.

Ordered package from Amazon with next day delivery. This was for a dance that my daughter is going to. It may not make it, as UPS was ‘unable to dispatch the trailer on time’. Very disappointing!!!!!!
