UPS reviews

I'm grateful to the delivery drivers who not only bring my package to the door,they've brought them inside of they're heavy or cumbersome. I receive my packages in a timely manner,not scuffed,beaten,torn nor broken(I've ordered some fragile pieces). Keep up the standard of excellence, I appreciate it.

On time all the time!

If it got any easier to pack and ship goods, I can't imagine anything easier than UPS, unless Dr. Spock opened up his own shipping company. My local store and people make my life much easier to send stuff to my grandson's in Denver, CO.

Ok to kinda slow like the government

Package never delivered since DECEMBER. UPS doing some kind of “investigation.” Totally unreliable!

UPS CLAIMS my EXPECTED package was REFUSED! IT WAS NOT! I WATCHED the tracking from January 09 (when tracking stated it was ON the vehicle for delivery) to January 14 (when it STATED it had been refused & RETURNED to sender)! UPS has some LAZY, SORRY delivery drivers! UPS NEEDS to start monitoring their drivers closely!

Too slow told it was due to poor opperateing conditions? If that means snow, Poor driveing conditions , roads are dry and temperture is in upper 30s. I could of delivered it faster myself. Poor

UPS is awesome, can track packages and the drivers work hard at making sure u get ur package on time

I was very disappointed the cashier did not package my item in front of my face he said it to the side and told me it was two many people in line and he would have to package it later I insist that he do it in front of my face and he said he couldn't it was only three people in line into cashiers I was very upset and disappointed with their services.

Useless without location and delivery time estimate.

Not an impatient or a partial person. Found what I needed to find out about a box. The current location other than my porch. Thanks.

Have not received my package

The only real thing that should but put into place, is real time tracking of packages. The perfect example is my package left California until it hit Jacksonville Florida there was no updates, or anything for like 4 days. I'm sure the truck stopped at designated points along the way. To incorporate a progam that uses the Bill of Lading number and location of stop to do automatic updates. Other than that I really like UPS services.

Been waiting 4 business days ...still no delivery....I'm not impressed

Would love to write a review. You shipped 2 packages on 12/23 for me. 1 to texas and 1 to minn. Texas has not received the package. The minn package was opened and half of the gift was removed. What happened to my 2 packages. 8189742298
