Gonna use usps next time

I can't tell where my package is. It says where it was at 8am but at 4pm it hasn't changed. Where's it gone in 8 hours?

I shipped a package to Texas San Antonio with some very important documents actually they were tickets for an airline flight to help a person that was going to fly to their parents home for their funeral they assured me that the tickets would be there on time they were not had to battle with them to get my $40 back for shipping l was not a happy camper

UPS tracking shows when your package is delivered to your local post office, not when you receive it. It's deceiving because they don't show WHERE your package was delivered. Your package gets handed off to the post office, which ads another 1-3 days before your package is actually delivered to you. Companies do this to save money, but they don't don't tell you up front how the shipping process is going to be handled. It just shows that it's being shipped by UPS.

No actual real time delivery status on 2 day delivery. Reciever dismayed and still waiting. Wasted time

Poor delivery service!!! One package delivered to my neighbor and not my house! Another time package not delivered but UPS indicated it was!!!!! Liars!!! No follow-up!!!! Awful!!!! No star for me!

UPS is kinda ok the only problem is when you the Customer Service Nimber the representatives will straight out tell you a Bold Face lie! And I DO NOT LIKE A LIAR!

The pick up point from Amazon delivered by UPS In Houston Tx lost my package and they didn’t respond to me

I live in apartment, package was left at front door of building. I am handicap and would have never known my package at bottom of stairs.

For some reason wouldnt leave the package in my mail box like every other time. Took it to a pick up spot instead. Dude didnt even give me time to get to the door

The driver delivered it to the wrong apartment. It was heavy bed frame. They delivered it to a little old lady, so l had to fight to get it down stairs and fight to get it back up to my stairs. And yes my address was correct on the package.
