I have never had any problems with UPS

Its 8pm my rating will change if it gets here by 9pm I need this stuff for work and it was ordered in advanced! I'm so angry about this and yes it's cold outside not snowing at all! We arent expecting snow for another couple days I'm a prime member and yall could have air dropped my package

I paid 38.00 for a package to be delivered and on the first attempt no answer so it should be takeing nack the next day she not surpose to have to go pick it up ridiculous then send back my money

I never get my packages when I'm suppose to usually I don't get them for a few days after there suppose to be here

Every package I get through UPS is a hassle to get. I shouldnt have to hunt down my package, especially when UPS has the gall the call a package "delivered" when it is damaged, delivered to the wrong location, or sent to an undisclosed drop point.

I wish they could be a little closer to telling you your delivery time especially when the package has to be signed for.

I believe ups doent care their customers.because when we try to track shpiment package no information available wether is it in ups location or its with driver.I fell such because of their customer service also dont give proper information.

Can't rate you doesn't go that low very unprofessional driver says can't deliver no one's home when he didn't even come in the building to come up the stairs to knock on my door that I'm sitting 2 feet away from I hate incompetence and liars now I know why people use fed-ex

I'm grateful to the delivery drivers who not only bring my package to the door,they've brought them inside of they're heavy or cumbersome. I receive my packages in a timely manner,not scuffed,beaten,torn nor broken(I've ordered some fragile pieces). Keep up the standard of excellence, I appreciate it.
