Horrible service Coast to Coast

UPS has a package of mine and could not deliver it to me within the same Province ! I waited over 30 days! Driver even called me, yet did not deliver! Now my tracking # is blank on tracking!

In general much better then post Canada’s service but there should not be any extra charges to the receiver while it is paid up front by the sender. Tracking # 1Z24RW006933594012

Am finding service on the letter to be very poor. Never have I had a letter take this amount of time to get to a place.

My parcel was delivered to the pick up point instead my home address that I paid for.

Great company no hassles no delays just plain old usa doing the job right

Took 7 working days ( 9 days total) to get a package from the east coast to west coast and the estimated delivery date kept changing. Changes weren’t caused by weather delays. Ups tracking only tells you when it was picked up, it’s on the way, not where it is, and when it is delivered.

Not the best service. Only use them as last resort. Web tracking never up to date., and Helpdesk staff have no idea either where stuff is. Prefer DHL anytime.

Drivers are too lazy to put packages into lock boxes. Packages left on steps and stolen.

The tracking information is pretty accurate and this is not the first thing they have delivered to me and I hope it's not the last

Would be cool if you had an estimated arrival time but it's good regardless

UPS was at my neighbors home today. I’m supposed to be receiving a package that is my wife birthday present. It says out for delivery today. It’s now 6:45 and it still hasn’t arrived.!Im wondering if it’s even going to arrive tonight now.

Ordered the same bass speaker from amazon,2 times! UPS managed to get it to my city then tell me it was in transit for 3 days. Well both deliveries were lost and I had to get refunded 2 times before trying EBay instead. Well here we go again. Package arrived in Commerce City 3 days ago and it’s supposed to be on my doorstep today! Well it’s not here and I’m thinking someone at UPS is collecting Bass cabinets! Fail!
