No clue why it's so difficult to get a package compared to other delivery services. Why are the packages not left unless a signature is requested. I never choose UPS for this reason. Always chasing your package.

Same province delivery... Shipping start January 16... Delivery date 20th January. We waiting same Day until 8.30 p.m. because parcel was in my city around 2.00 p.m. we already planning to fly 22nd January.. but 21st not deliver, we again and again call them.. they said missing and sent to Ottawa... We cancelled our flight everything.. now parcel in Ontario.. today 23rd.. I don't think so.. vfs centre keeping this kind of parcel service and they charged $43.00 for delivery... But we lost almost $1000.00.. today we waiting that one . Thank you UPS.. Thank you VFS service...

It always takes soo long to UPS to pick up the package after it’s been processed. This happened 4th time. On the app it says package ready to be picked up for 3 days now.

I sent a package overnight delivery on Tues 1/21/20 to be delivered on Wed 1/22/20 by 10:30am. Receiver has NOT received the package and it is 5:52pm back East.

Package was picked up on 1/21/20 for delivery on 1/22/20 by 10:30am. The receiver has not gotten the package. I paid for overnight shipping.

21 an 22 Jan, 20 the Camdenton hub made 2 deliveries to my address. Which is correct. 1 package has been delayed for 3 days citing an incorrect address. There is a problem at the Camdenton Missouri hub. Now I have another guarantee of delivery 23 Jan. Right! Sorry for sounding harsh but Camdenton said it would be here today. The ups guy just left and no package. Still in Camdenton.

My overnight package didn't arrive the next day after 4 days I started an investigation then UPS wouldn't even tell me where my package was they could only inform the sender 12 days later I still don't have my package

I’ve never had a problem. I do like my one ups driver but not the other. One is very nice other just wants to get it off truck & done.

Awful Drive too stupid to put a letter in a box. Now I gotta chase it.
