I feel disappointed,its more than 10 days now my package still not deliver, my patience were all gone ! UPS carrier this is my first and last !

Someone is ALWAYS AT THIS ADDRESS. IT IS A RIDICULOUS for your driver/system to state that no one was at home to accept the delivery. STOP LYING AND DO YOUR JOB. Now I’ll be forced to runaround to collect my package. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE!!

Was told my package would be delivered Saturday by end of day. Here it is Monday and still no package.

Always great service and one only time a problem which was very quickly fixed by customer service. Delivery people extremely nice and helpful

The driver did not knock on our door to let us know we got our packet. It wasnt found till Sunday the 26th. So it laid on our front porch for days and it had been so wet that now we have to call Cleveland Clinic , to get our information. Very poor delivery in my opinion.

Did not receive package!!!

Aweful delivery service. Attempts one delivery and calls it 3 attempts and makes you go down and pick it up yourself. Says they deliver your stuff but it no where to be found. Mgmt doesnt care if the service is bad or not. Wish the people I order from would stop using them.

A package was sent 2nd day delivery on January 18 it's now the 25th and I have yet to receive it. I will personally never use them again.
