UPS reviews

My envelope from Chase is here in Goodyear and they are not delivering it to me and it is imperative that I receive it. Everything is in order except on your end and tracking number and second day sending all came about and yet I do not have my envelope. You’re incompetent and the people that work for you are lazy.

I first made a call to get an est of the $ to ship a TV to another state. Once arriving at the UPS store, I received a totally different amount, but I wanted to ship this item so I was given a small discount, and I shipped the item. The guy was nice to apologize for the misunderstanding I got in the conversation over the phone. Thx U!

Not happy my package git to Mansfield Ohio Friday night at 11 pm but wont be delivered until Monday in Mansfield Ohio. ridiculous!!!

My friend hasn't received the package.

I've asked for UPS on two different deliveries with special instructions and they have messed up both times. FYI this has been in a matter of 2 weeks. UPS should be shut down

They never deliever my packages and said they were delivered I have cameras they never even drove up the street

I had bad experience with ups my parcel got delayed and 4 days in a row I was given them instructions but didn’t receive parcel.

I have never had a problem with UPS the workers and drivers are very friendly and professional and I never had a package missing they're awesome I give UPS 100% I'll get FedEx 5% thank you for UPS never had a package lost stolen from me always had a problem with FedEx great job guys and girls

Not good customer service

Leaves packages all across my property even though I have a package specific box on porch and directions on my profile.

Like that I can track my package but, needs to speed up and more updates for tracking it sits in one spot for 2 fays.

if I could give minus stars I would last delivery from UPS was a mess and today's delivery didnt show and when I called 800 # the lady couldn't tell me where parcel is and I believe she lied to me that item is in Winnipeg at all. Never never use this company
