I have had the most difficult time receiving my package...UPS delivered them to the wrong address .

Waiting on med. To b delivered since monday an it is wed. An no meds. In sight suppose to be nexted day air delivery so what is up with that

My packages was left on other neighbors house and when I called for my package I was told that it was delivered. I went to the call center twice to retrieve my package and they couldn’t find it. I had to make a third trip after hours and the manager was able to find my package for me. That was just too much inconvenient for me taking off from work and missing time from work.

They lie and say the game to deliver a package and the never showed up....I have experienced it many times

Trying to track package punched in 4 times and keeps directing me to other areas on ups site

Package was supposed to be delivered to the 10th still has not shown up cannot get a hold of anybody at UPS

I ship things at work and always have the friendliest (and patient) drivers! I ship all my packages both business and personal through UPS. Love you guys!

I should have my package today that cost me money. So you owe me money and i dont care about weather or whaterever else. Ugh

Easy to drop off. Wonderful staff
