UPS gets a bad wrap during this time of year. The employees work extremely long hours and UPS does not care about their well being. It doesn't matter if there is bad weather, or too much work and not enough employees they just don't care. I have always received my packages on time and the workers are always pleasant. With everyone shopping online these days, the work has increased but the staff has not. No one wants to work for them because the hours are unreasonable.

Lathrop ca received my pkg on Dec 17 first delivery was 19th second delivery 20th today delivery is 28th. What is taking 20 days to deliver my pkg? It is a Christmas present. Now maybe not

This is the second time UPS has left a blank BLANK slip on my door for a package. I have no idea what to do or if it will be brought back and when I call the customer service number all I get is just nothing I put in the envelope no info notice number and they just say sorry we cannot locate this package if you do not fill out the form how is it a person to know what to do about their package?!If I could give a zero that’s what I would put on this review
