Terrible! Tracking has receiver refused package nobody was home who refused it? Complete lie!!

Still haven’t received my package after 13 days. They told me my package was delivered to the wrong postal service and have been “correcting” it for the past week. Very terrible service. NOT happy.

They have taken forever getting my package to me and delivered my package to the wrong post office for the past week and are busy “correcting” it. It said it was sent to Washington rather than Alaska where it should have been sent. Very frustrating

I use the UPS Store #5262 in Lakeside Ca. They are great at what they do. Always helpful . Great customer service by all employees.

Paid ups for overnight shipping 65.00 on Thursday and I pkg had still not been delivered today is Saturday I feel I am due a refund.

My package should be delivered one week ago. The excuses Ups have been given is that the delivery is delayed due severe weather conditions. And around here everything looks normal there is any “severe weather condition”

Drivers leave my packages on the driveway out in the weather when a patio is 12ft away and they could be in the dry and safe from traffic. Some drivers are just lazy!!!!

did not get my package

My package was received in Commerce City on Friday December 6th and today is Friday December 13th and I still don't have my package.

Been waiting 3 days now UPS should eat the shipping costs

A package was sent from Illinois on December 3rd, it was sent to California arrived there on the 9th, and apparently is still there. It is now the 13th, and I have not seen any movement since the 9th. I'm really curious why a package from Illinois to Georgia would go to California in the first place. They claim it's their logical route. Seems crazy to me why they'd ship something to the west coast to get it to the east coast. They haven't admitted an error yet. I rate them -10.

A week after the storm, they are still using that as an excuse. I will use FEDEX next time

Rate is 0, for me, package is not delivered, left in buildings lobby. Package is stolen. UPS worker, working very bad, you never know then by delivery.
