I have 3 packages that said they were out for delivery the last 3 days and never get to me. At this point I'd like the option to just come pick them up. It would be quicker.

We received our package today. It was open on the top. Tape seal was broken (cut) and looked in. Guess they didn’t see anything that they wanted?? UPS needs to watch their package handlers in transit.

I would give zero if i could..package sits in ups location for 2 days..fedex standard shipping is 3 days..ups 7to 8 days..fedex cheaper as well..ups used to be really good..i hate to say it but not anymore...

My package should be delivered 5 days ago...

Their customer service is AWFUL! On hold and when they don’t have an answer for you, they put you on hold again and never return. I’m boiling. The time I’ve wasted and still no resolve.

Bad the tracking number is not working.

Ups is trash. They leave your packages wherever even when the package has the picture of the product on it. My product was left outside, not in front of my door but outside where anyone could have just picked it up even if I leave delivery options with them

If I could give ups zero stars I would. The brakes I ordered for my car have been in the same warehouse since Monday morning and today is Thursday. FedEx is always so prompt and usually early with my package. I will never use ups again if I can help it. Way to stop the ball ups

What has been the delay for 3 days in Southern California? Item has been stuck in Ontario for and there is no reason it has not Been delivered in LOS Angeles. Just keep Getting notes saying it will be delivered tomorrow then get same message the next day Explain the delay and let me know when I will get my shipment

I can't leave 0 stars or I would. I was expecting a pkg from GA. Literally watched driver throwing pkgs around. Picked up a box, looked at it threw it at the back of the truck and it fell off. I heard him say 'Shit' he saw me, grabbed it threw it back on the truck and left. I saw my pkg status changed to damaged and return to sender. It's b.s. Drivers treat pkgs like crap and don't care. Never again
