Lost stolen package prior to delivery

Superb service, quick deliver!

Could not find our parcel at all

Terrible that it arrives at 5am in GB and I cant get it until tomorrow. What time do trucks leave. It also was suppose to be delivered to a p.o. box...now I sure hope you deliver it to 3667 hwy 42 fish Creek wi 54212 or 8100 guy street Baileys Harbor, wi 54202 Could someone PLEASE call me regarding this?!! No phone number for me to call you, is enough to anger anyone!

Item delivered somewhere in Newark, my mailing address is Wilmington Delaware- this is totally unacceptable

Putting 1 star as I can't put 0. Unclear tracking notifications. 2 days on a row saying it will be delivered and then get ghosted. Unable to know scheduled time of delivery besides "End of day" (what IS your End of day?!). Unable to talk to someone to clear the situation.

If I could rate less than 1 star i would. Not only has my package taken nearly 3 times as long as projected but i still don't have it, nor is there any update telling me where it is or when to expect it. UPS is a joke

Very slow delivery it took years to receive the package

Ups sucks, they break stuff and loose it. Makes no sense. No phone calls.

I know its the holiday season, but why would my order arrive in new haven ct, on monday, then to Warwick ri, (closer to my home) then back to ct.

They got it there early. That’s what I’m talking about. Great service.
