Stupid stupid I say totally stupid ordered Nov. 3 get to Michigan then get forwarded to Florida was shipped UPS not regular mail now have to bring it back to Michigan totally stupid stupid. ....

Instead of leaving package on my porch, as usual, notice says left at CVS...NOT! Can’t find it & tracking info not working

I order on November 29 I was told my packages will be here on December 6 and here it is the December 9 and still don't have them I live in greenwood Indiana and my packages have been sitting in Plainfield since the 5th and Plainfield is only 30 mins from my home

Terrible..sent last week monday and tracking stops 5th on look up number and tells me nothing of where it is. This will be 2nd jewelry package lost

Love ups. They are always on time and package never damaged or broken. Always alerts me when package has arrived due to my health issues and disability thru make sure to put it close to my door for me to reach.

waiting since ,12/03/2019 for pay cards for employees and is 12/19/2019 and has not arrived when online tracking gave an estimated time to arrive 12/07/2019 Not reliable very upset over this situation

It was set to e delivered on the 9th off December but then it was switched to the 7th. That was fine. I checked to see the status in my Macy’s app to see if it was delivered since I didn’t get an email. It said it was delivered at 7:36 am. We were home. The delivery never happened. No package. NOTHING. Now I’m getting ready for a run around between trying to get a refund or hopefully finding a way to receive my order as planned. The sad part is this is the second time with the same stupid items. This is ridiculous. Never again!!! So disappointed.

Delayed FOR 3 DAYS

You guys need to get it together. Your information is wrong, or nonexistent, and the whole process is very frustrating. How many bad reviews do you need before you fix it?

My package has sat in the office since Thursday this was a birthday gift still not here

Usually pay for overnight delivery and one out of 3 orders are always delayed

amazon gave me the tracking code and it not working

good tracking info, until it was out for delivery. Wasn't delivered and no info available from UPS as to when or if it will be delivered, even though I signed up for text updates, etc. UPS said it will be delivered YESTERDAY. Maybe the item will show up sometime.

Still have not received my prime package over two weeks later

Had next day delivery 3 days later and still nothing
