Terrible experience. I have called UPS twice –the night before the scheduled delivery, and the morning or the delivery to give them our buzzer number. The driver decided not to dial the buzzer number, instead tried to search by name in the intercom. My name is not listed in the intercom for privacy reason that is why I have provided my buzzer number. Also, the driver did not leave a sticker or door hanger.

Very good delivery time.

I never can receive my package at home they don't dial apt # just undelivered.

Have been waiting for packages for 3 days that I've been here in Detroit and I still haven't received them I will be seeking refund and we'll find other means of delivery service available

Inconsistency in delivery time.

I received an email at 4:32 from UPS sure post L that my 3 packages had been delivered today at 3:30. BALONEY! I have a camera system surrounding my house. No delivery person came to my house. No packages were left. Somebody off loaded my packages into a nearby car or something. The thief sent me the email! I am disgusted and will not be shipping anything with anyone but Amazon. I have ALWAYS received my deliveries from them. Shame on you UPS!

Was notified by sender Amazon when my items were to be delivered so kept up with the arrival date, my items were loaded on the truck at 5 in the morning however I never recieved my items and wasted a entire day waiting for packages that never came, I didn't know UPS was this bad until now as well as reading the other comments of dissatisfied customers.

Ordered two orders over a month ago and still have not received either one UPS tracking says it was out for delivery today at 8 a.m. in the morning in the town I live in and it says it's an hour and a half away at 8:30 at night

Lost my Christmas presents and won't look for them!

These people just suck. They are already 2 days late. Now today, their window for delivery was 10:30 - 12:30 pm. I waited and waited and waited. It's now 5:30PM and I gotta leave. What a Bullshit way to run a business.

Waiting for package, originally to be delivered 12/5/19 no delivery and dates have been changed a few times. If I could give a zero I would , not the first time I have problems with ups.
