Still have not received my prime package over two weeks later

Had next day delivery 3 days later and still nothing

How can a package just sit in California since Tuesday and still not arrive in Las Vegas by now ? And once again no info from UPS! REALLY? PLEASE EXPLAIN. Thank you

So far my order is on its second day to late.

So dissatisfied with the service 4 days staying home waiting for items only to have to another day employee said he is force to work 64 hours a week is this is truly happening then the deIiverier will not care what state of packaging they leave you

My address is/was correct on the package. I was forced to go forward with having the package held a a ups holding point. I still don't have my package and can not get a real person on the phone, only recordings. It's total crap! They get a zero.

I am so upset. Not even your tracking is correct.

Missing packages a regular issue with UPS courier

You’re SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE AND COMPLETE WORST !!! How is it even possible to screw up something so SIMPLE OVER and OVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

They went to the wrong address and said that I wasn't home so I went to ups the next morning to pick up my package and they said it was sent to post office then receive another message saying I wasn't home so I was looking for it again on Friday and they said that I wasn't home which when they tried the first time I was at home until 2.30 pm and I had to go to work but when they said it was at the post office I knew for sure that I would get my package bc they have delivered to my home before but that didn't happen so now I don't no where my package is bc all it says is that I wasn't home for the final attempt and I'm very upset.

My niece sent me a package from Virginia on 12/03..I haven't received it yet..why bypass Brooklyn Park and go to Maple Grove senseless

This site does not tell me estimated time of delivery to my home or who requested a day late delivery for the refrigerated medicine shipped to me. Next day delivery was yesterday. Still no idea when the meds will arrive at my door.
