  • I was expecting 3 orders from Costco today in theee different boxes. I only received one of them. I phoned UPS as soon as I found out only one was delivered and she assured me I should have the other 2 by 7:00 but it is now 715 and still haven't received them. Phine 587-485-9311 Gail Gagnon

  • 12 hour delivery window, if its going to be that long at least give us the option to communicate with the driver so we can have a better idea of when it'll be here and not loose a full day just waiting for a package. Out for delivery at 9am delivery time "anytime before 9pm" what a joke

What the hell does "Service disruption occured" even mean or is that just an excuse y'all use because that is a generic statement to try to satisfy people, because you don't have any idea where their package is?????

  • If I didn’t check online, I would not have known a delivery attempt was made. There is no notice on my door,. I cannot make out where they are sending my package. The automated phone tracking message Is some garbled location I can’t understand, where is my package? I have no idea! This is not acceptable.

  • Never usually have an issue but my package was left at the wrong address and I just happened to be walking and noticed a package at a house further down where noone currently lives. Drivers need to triple check the addresses. It could have been stolen.
