I don't even want to give ups in Marion, In even 1 star

Nothing but waiting for confirmation to the address.. lagging behind

Waiting on a vacuum. Was supposed to be here on the 6th now not getting it till the 11th. Thanks for the messy house I will never ship UPS again

I have never had a problem with UPS. Drivers I have dealt with have been great.

They work hard.. and put up with alot of people animals. But it's all good...

Didn't even try to deliver was home all day, they didn't even drive by. Just drive around town with the parcel in their truck because they're too lazy to go past City limit

No place to type in correct address. On phone calls they get it wrong

Had overnight delivery for 12/6waiting from 12am to 10pm called office 3times no help whatsoever why would not deliver a residential letter until after 7pm would to talk with a supervisor about this will never use ups again

Would never use this service. They sat it will be delivered and is on the truck and you still don't get it .

Had a phone shipped overnight delivery. Here it is 2 days later still no phone. How can a phone be 30 minutes away and here it is 2 days later and still no phone. People pay extra for overnight and 2 days later nothing.

You kow the difference between UPS and FEDEX? FEDEX actually delivers your package when they SAID they would!!! I will never use UPS again. Your service sucks, you have no customer service whatsoever - there is nothing more frustrating that talking to your bot on phone when you have failed to deliver a package that was a 3 hour drive From my home! When you actually get a person they have no ability to problem solve

NEVER SHIP WITH UPS THEY LOSE YOUR PACKAGES AND DON'T CARE!!!!!!!!
