They are not great. Returned my parcel without trying to deliver it to me. Not impressed. Wish I can give half star

Always great service. They are accurate and efficient.

UPS never ever buzzes! Leave a notice yet indicate undeliverable address? Yet leave the notification at my address. I work from home so I know they never buzzed. Years of this horrible service. We have no control for using this service since when we order online it is determined by the merchant which courier service they use.

Was out for Dec 11 by 9pm never showed :(

Package delivered to wrong address

Very bad they suppose to deliver my package on the 9th of December and now two days still haven't received it. Talking to customer service they no help. Sucks.

Don’t send your package to UPS,their service is delayed and customer service are not trained to give you the right advise how to speed up your delivery.Very frustrating service.Fed Ex is much better.

Horrible, they come when they feel like it if at all. They feel that people can take off from work and lost a day waiting for no one to show up. Do better!

Terrible service...had next day shipping...on day 4 now..waited 3 entire days only to be notified near the end of the day it was delayed.. screwed up my address first...2 days to straighten that out.. delayed a 3rd day...maybe someday I'll get my package..

I processed a shipment to be delivered to me next day. Starting Monday to be delivered Tuesday. I have had over 4 different ups representativs inform me of several different reasons why I have not received my package. I was told I had to pick it up yet no one is on the same page as to where it is. This is very frustrating because the contents of the package are of time sensitive matters. I'm very disappointed with no one being on the same page nor honoring the service I paid for.
