Websites did not show it was delivered the 2 times I checked and they did not leave it by the door it was by the garage door where any person could see it. And it the past they left 3 big packages by the road where they could have been taken.

My Daughter lost her pet 14 days ago and this pkg is in Camp Verde and not Sedona!!! Why???? Please do your job for her....

Took two weeks to get from Coquitlam to Prince George and no tracking information at all even when talking to live person! Would never use or recommend again

Horrible door service my daughter was left in distraught after the driver repeatedly asked for money in order for him to leave the packages she's 14 years old had no idea what was even going told her if your not going to pay you have 24 hours to come claim your package and left ...like what un the actual??? Shame on you sir should be better trained in customer service ups do better ..
