I received my package in a timely manner, undamaged. The postal worker was kind and friendly and set the packages down gently. Thankyou for the kind service and all that you. It's greatly appreciated!

On the 5/June 2024 I drop-off a package, I got a response that it is not in the database yet, my question is when is going happens thank you

10 days for delivery 8 days late

Item left CA. on the 3rd no not one update on where the item was until the 10th. That is crazy if you ask me. At least the item is in the next state 10 hours away now. Should make delivery date as originally said.

Sent package and paid clise to $100. I was told that it would arrive in 2 DAYS( mailed on Thursday and delivery was scheduled for Saturday @10...only it didn't happen and on the following Monday it still hadn't been delivered as of 11:30 pm. I will not use UPS again! You can not get a representative on the phone and all they want to do is chat and charge you a $1 to speak to someone. NOT GOING TO PAY TO SPEAK TO NO ONE!! AWFUL SERVICE!

Got a sticker on the mail box "sorry we missed you" "package left at The UPS store" and gave address - delivery supposed at 10 a.m. The driver would not have missed us if he had used the entry phone and/or knocked on our door. We have been in all morning and will be all day. What a waste of your service and our time. Because of this driver I gave a poor rating of 1. I will endeavour to NOT use UPS services.
