8 days delay for my shipment even I made call and send emails to know about what happened and I didn’t have a reasonable answer for that.only we haven’t exactly and actually time to reach you

It simple doesn’t delivery as it promises. I paid more for this service and 8 days after I don’t have the product that I bought.

UPS could not track a package if it was sitting on their lap rate zero stars

I love how easy it is to return items at authorized drop off stores. The tracking site is easy to use also.

No attempt to deliver, no card recieved, then takes 4 days of tring to get package, to be told, sent back as not picked up

It's been 10 days since the package hasn't moved. What severe weather ??? It must be too hot. Ridiculous

I placed an order with Old Navy in June 6th/2020, it’s June 25/2020 and the order has not moved from UPS. This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. Worst shipping company on the market. Hoping Old Navy switches and goes with another company.

Despite Covid 19, the delivery time for my package is ridiculous. It was ordered on June 15th and there has been no update from UPS since that date and it is now June 25th

Slowest delivery company out there, tracking is super inconvenient and the packages almost always smell like cigarette smoke. Do better UPS.

It is Thursday afternoon. The tracking shows nothing past Tuesday in IL. Going to CA.

I have always received excellent service from UPS I have bought hundreds of things online for my company and me never a problem so far with the thousands and thousands and millions of packages that they deliver a hiccup once in a while is expected. great work.

impossible to get answers my package says delivered to Hamilton Ontario it flew there from Richmond BC and I live in abbotsford BC. and my address is correct

My item arrived in less than 24 hours, Ottawa to London. I am very impressed compared to my last two deliveries fro the same origin. Great work amid Covid.

I'm waiting on a delivery, it get to a town about 20 miles from my house in Florida.......the next time I check it's in Ohio.......why?
