So much faster than Royal Mail’s parcel-farce....

Twice they said I was not home for delivery when I was!! Caused me a lot of headache.

2nd time UPS delivered a parcel and doesn't buzz my unit. Just leaves package in lobby where anyone can take it. Haven't received 2 essential deliveries!

Parcel did not arrive as it said on tracking data.

UPS is taking advantage of COVID19 to work as slowly as possible. There is simply no way the current virus situation has resulted in these wait times. This is just pure laziness with COVID as the excuse!

Parcel has been waiting since June 14 to be picked up by UPS

I took a package to The UPS Store Noblesville Indiana Tuesday they promised me delivery would be Wednesday well here it is Saturday and it still hasn't arrived evidently it's never left Indianapolis now I'm receiving information that my package is damaged. When I called the store in Noblesville they told me I needed to show proof that I paid for it well it was a handmade gift they said they won't do anything about it until I can show proof that I paid for this item what take 8 to 10 days before they even open up a claim so yes I'm a little bit upset. I'm having the gift remade , and I will not use UPS ever again

Terrible service! Old Navy should use a different courier to get their customers’ orders delivered. Tracking updates haven’t been updated in over a week. Awful!

Ups dont deserve any star, my parcel has been in lachine for a month, and each time i call they tell me make a complain on the site

How to track my import parcel

Sigh. Ordered from Asia, package arrived in Canada in less than 3 days. It's been more than a week now since its been in transit from Ricmond BC. So distasteful. Would prefer if my package was being delivered by Canada Post!!
