I know how many hundreds of thousands of parcels are coming and going ... at this point in online shopping ... unless it’s an appliance of some kind ... you’ll be lucky to get anything inside of a month. ! Be patient . And if you are patient , be more patient . Every delivery service has been working thier fannys off to get our stuff delivered . It’ll come Just chill And if you can’t chill and be patient more , then go start your refund claim with the company of your order . Cheers !

First time using this company and was run through a gauntlet of dead end payment methods with NO other options. Was promised quick delivery and was 4 days late. Lost over $1600 and many customers in the wake of ups not doing what they promised on phone while I wasted 2 working days waitting for my special order that my clients asked for. Thank you ups, you dropped the ball huge and did nothing to fix it. I will give this service another try, but with a vastly smaller order so of they fail again I will not lose customers in my area again. For an international shipping company they leave a lot to be desired.

Not a good system for informing the receiver (there is none) this package was sent from Mexico on June 2 and we still have not received it!!

Apparently they received my parcel on june third .. it is now june 22 and according to their tracking system it's still in processing and 19 days in processing no sign of it getting any further .... now that's service wow

I receive packages from the United States I can not believe how all the delivery services charge crazy prices for their services. Someone needs to figure out a better way and faster way to get things delivered in a better timely fashion . My parcel wax sent on wed and I will not receive it until this Wednesday I called and paid for the delivery and it still will be two more days Ridiculous. The employees are wonderful and very helpful

Terrible customer service I've tried for over 3 weeks now calling every single day because I don't have a credit card they won't let me pay the duty fee bill so I can't get my package they told me multiple times thing they put me in the system and they would give me a most definite call back within 24 hours with someone that could accept my Debit Visa card..hasnt happen .....so if you dont own a credit card i would not use them. I can't give my father his fathers day gift aswell because of this. Terrible terrible customer service

I get that there's a major pandemic in the world today and people are taking precautions for their health and safety right now but honestly UPS is doing a very poor job of carrying their name as a reliable courier service, especially to those..like myself who reside in apartment complexes! There is never a time where it will be considered acceptable to just leave our valuable parcels in building lobbies for other tennants or street people to gain access to and keep it for their own. When you pay good money for something you expect it to be delivered to YOUR hands WITH CARE and if the driver cannot reach you upon delivery attempts a waybill should be left to retrieve the parcel at a designated pick up location....END OF STORY!!!!
