I want to know where is the parcel and when it will be delivered, It not clear and couldn’t understand

super slow and careless handling with fragile packages

My package was guaranteed delivery june 5, 2020. Package delivered june 6 2020. Needed package for customer order. Lost order due to late delivery. Cost me 500.00. Thanks ups.

It’s been one week it says my package is received by UPS!!!! I still haven’t received it yet.... u can’t even track and see when it will arrive.... can you please kindly deliver my package!

I do understand with virus deliveries are slower than usual However, it's very frustrating when there is never anyone available on the phone lines, the tracking information I entered continues to say it's on the way. My package have been on the way for several weeks and it's a local delivery. When I enter in my tracking number it keeps saying its incorrect when it's not. At this point, I don't want the item anymore but I have been waiting patiently waiting but I have ran out of patience!!!

Very poor service delay in delivery of birthday gift, ruined my surprise. Never use again.

Brake parts landed in town June 1st. Received half the package. No idea where the other parts are.

WTF???? So UPS has supposedly been processing my order from old Navy since the 31 of may, yet when you try to track the order no one knows we're it is!!! Great Courier Company!!!!

I have been waiting 15 days for a package they say that it is in Orlando Florida but it does not arrive and now they say that it is in California

The brokerage fees are too expensive.

package is days late now. Its been out for delivery the past 3 and still never arrives. Getting ticked off at the incompetence.

Person not delivered though We are available and kept info notice. I have to collect from nearest store.
