  • I was told by UPS that my package would be delivered Tuesday than it was changed to Wednesday, then Thursday. If you can’t make up your mind tell me so can pick it up. Terrible service...

  • UPS is a disgrace. No updates, package not on time, and previous packages have been damaged. Considering the competition out there I'm surprised UPS hasn't gone out of business. NEVER use UPS if you have the option.

  • If I could give no stars I would. UPS lost a customers package for three months, then gave a shipping credit for my next shipment free - then charged me for it and sent this charge to collections - and even though I spoke with them about five times on the same issue their collections robocall would keep calling me, and I kept receiving letters from their bill collector. They then gave another free credit, which I was stupid enough to use, and the same thing happened again. I have a whole huge file on UPS and all conversations are fully documented. I should be the one sending them a bill for using up several hours of my time on sorting out their issues and causing undue stress and grief. They just do not care. And prices are hugely inflated. Avoid avoid avoid!

  • Dropped off parcel June 1 when the store opened and 2 days later parcel still not delivered and I have to pay the company until it is returned to them.. nickel and diming small businesses for slow delivery time

  • Expensive keyboard piano received with almost entire corner crushed and ripped open from mishandling. What are you guys doing to our shipments?. Would you approve of your own packages beind dropped , torn and crushed. Luckily the keyboard was not damaged.

  • The ups driver didn’t deliver the parcel. He just dropped them in the lobby and left.. I wouldn’t know if anyone called me.... such an irresponsible person.. I am trying to contact the company and tell them to fire that driver

  • Order arrived in my home town four days ago, still don't have it. Next time I order anything on line ,if they use UPS I' ll tell them to forget it. You guys are the worst.

  • I am waiting for my parcel and I was home whole day, no driver came Or called or buzzed or left tag at door. Now it shows receiver was not there. Anyways again they will put same thing and we will have to go to pick up. Worst services ever. They don’t hire professional people. No calls no msg. Just a big lie. Hate it. I just do online order and unfortunately some websites have contract with these people and we have no choice but I hate it so much. Canada post is much better.
