UPS are the worst delivery company ever. Delivery delayed twice, no updates or explanations. The sooner this 3rd rate business goes bust the better. Avoid using them and do us all a favour.

Really poor service. Why is it that I can track a pizza delivery by the minute if I wish but UPS cannot give me any indication of when my parcel will arrive. Waited I for 2 days only to be told ' Due to circumstances beyond our control your parcel is delayed' UPS are by far the worst delivery firm. Not impressed. An overall rating of 2.24 is generous.

Can anyone tell me Whyyy UPs delivery been in UHAUL trucks. Is this a joke?

Don't show "out for delivery" or ALL tracking history for my TODAY delivery

Horrible service. Too lazy to drop package off at door, after shipper resends for the 3Rd time. Since apartment office is closed due to Covid-19, UPS has been a night mare while Fed Ex is still right on track.

Why give a tracking number without the same info you get when you call to ask about package. Tracker said delivery date but when i called was told no that was delayed. Why doesnt tracker show that info.

Supposed to receive yesterday my package and never came. Unjustified reasons posted. Not providing excellent service.

Website says package arrived in Bakersfiekd, CA at 3:36 on Wednesday . It is now 10 PM on Thursday and no futher info on the tracking and it has not bee delivered. Package sent from Desert Hot Springs, CA on Monday. Where is the package? 1Z8820360372670431

its made several order that I receive with UPS. I receive it at least 1 week after the date indicated. it's painful in the long run.

Paid an overnight delivery june 3rd in the morning. It’s already June 4th 8:00 pm. It’s not been delivered. What’s with the customer service. Definitely not recommended.

Horrible...they sent my package to wrong address and I lost money behind them

Ups is a total disaster. I ordered some stuff from a site and ups lost my package. They claimed they delivered it to my front door on may 21st but i never recieved anything and i was home all day. My building is secure and no one can steal ur stuff infront of ur door. Sadly that wasnt the first time i was going through something with ups. Ups had earlier lost my package again and they claimed they delivered it to my front door. I called them n they said there was nothing they could do about it. I decided to go to all upa access points close to my house and i found my package. The same package they claimed to have delivered to my front door. Ups is a complete mess and they should be ashamed of themselves. If i could i will NEVER use their services again

Tracking number doesn't work, and it doesn't matter how you input the tracking number code!!!!!!!

my package was supposed to be here on Monday then they changed it to Tuesday and they changed it to Wednesday now they have it changed to Thursday I don't know what's going on ridiculous poor service don't deserve to be in business one star is to good
