  • Overnight envelope sent 03-24-2020, from Vero bch, FL TA truck stop... STILL HAS NOT MADE ITS DESTINATION!!!!! 48 hrs and you cant even make on time for 100 mile journey!!! Trip pack is becoming worthless more each day!! Almost EVERY time you are late and youre costing money every damn time!! Either shape up, OR i'm going to fedex!!!! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

  • I responded to a notification that had been stuck to my gate by UPS as I was not at home when the agent attempted to deliver a package. The notification gave a number that I should call to make arrangements for the package to be delivered. it also provided UPS notification notice number for use when following up. I tried to track the package using the UPS website to no avail. I the called the number provided. When my call was eventually answered the operator was rude, unprofessional and totally disinterested. When I provided the UPS number indicated on the notification I had received I was told that it was not a tracking number and as such was useless. When I tried to clarify the issue the operator put the telephone down in my ear. I find this behaviour both unprofessional and unacceptable and would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed.

  • I was told my package would reach my son on Tuesday the 24th of March but it is still here in kennewick according to the tracking. Very disappointing

  • Was promised a delivery on the 19th it's now the 23rd apparently my package is still sitting in Chicago I'm in California and now they're promising it'll be here on the 26 what a bunch of lying backstabbing losers and what it's not here on the 26th we call the better Business bureau good luck with that
