UPS Thank you for your service and especially during the covid 19 pandemic!!! You all rock!

I ordered a computer said it was suppose to be here on March 25 but it hasn’t left the station and my kid needs to do his homework for school since all he has is online work

Gor email on march 23 , 2020 which said my parcel was scanned but all of a sudden disappeared!!! Since then I don’t know where is my parcel!!!

My package was delivered on the time that was given. Thank you .

Overnight envelope sent 03-24-2020, from Vero bch, FL TA truck stop... STILL HAS NOT MADE ITS DESTINATION!!!!! 48 hrs and you cant even make on time for 100 mile journey!!! Trip pack is becoming worthless more each day!! Almost EVERY time you are late and youre costing money every damn time!! Either shape up, OR i'm going to fedex!!!! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

I received no phone calls or notes advising me of my package arrival. I started receiving msgs while they were processing my return. Not pleased at all.

I received an email with delivered confirmation las 3-24-20 and today is 3-26-20 and still looking for them, because I didn't receive any package!!!!!!!

I was told this week if I'm not home to phone the 1800 number for package to be hold on the warehouse.Guess what the service is not working.

I was very pleased with the timely manner that my package was delivered in!

I responded to a notification that had been stuck to my gate by UPS as I was not at home when the agent attempted to deliver a package. The notification gave a number that I should call to make arrangements for the package to be delivered. it also provided UPS notification notice number for use when following up. I tried to track the package using the UPS website to no avail. I the called the number provided. When my call was eventually answered the operator was rude, unprofessional and totally disinterested. When I provided the UPS number indicated on the notification I had received I was told that it was not a tracking number and as such was useless. When I tried to clarify the issue the operator put the telephone down in my ear. I find this behaviour both unprofessional and unacceptable and would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed.

I was told my package would reach my son on Tuesday the 24th of March but it is still here in kennewick according to the tracking. Very disappointing

Was promised a delivery on the 19th it's now the 23rd apparently my package is still sitting in Chicago I'm in California and now they're promising it'll be here on the 26 what a bunch of lying backstabbing losers and what it's not here on the 26th we call the better Business bureau good luck with that
