I mean it’ll go down if y’all don’t hurry up with my package

I don't have a tracking # where is my items .

The driver messed up the first delivery and on the second he did not even pull up my driveway left it out down at the gate by she road for anybody to drive by and take it so I'm not to happy

Can't find packages ever

Ups site says package left on porch, home all day - no package.

I haven't recieved my package it said deliver at 6pm and nothing

My experience was very poor. The delivery driver did not knock on my door. When arrive to my address" nor did he ring the doorbell. So when I was alerted my a family member that the UPS driver was outside it was to late to get my package. So he left a package slip to go the Access point around my area, once I arrive to the locker" and my tracking number in the system. It deny the tracking number. So I call the help desk " where i had great customer service from the repersntive. As he was working hard to find my package, he told me my package was sent back to the loading dock. The driver never took the package back to the access point. I just think that it was really unprofessional and time consuming.I really feel that the driver need extended training on completing task.

They are true to when the package arrives. Sometimes they don’t arrive to the right house.

Never got package was received by someone else. It was held at the ups store and picked up but not by me ..i would think they would have had to show and ID for proof of identity to be able to get it .. Im very pissed off.

Its 530pm out for delivery since 943 am having received package suposingly will be delivered by today..this city is only population 650 people busy really!!!

My packages were lost twice. Not using again.

Finally received package. Noone rang bell or knocked on door just put envelope on concrete infront of door. Very sad

Where is my package???? You lied it was never delivered.. and been waiting on hold for and hour now.. really hate this elevator music..
