I am waiting for my parcel and I was home whole day, no driver came Or called or buzzed or left tag at door. Now it shows receiver was not there. Anyways again they will put same thing and we will have to go to pick up. Worst services ever. They don’t hire professional people. No calls no msg. Just a big lie. Hate it. I just do online order and unfortunately some websites have contract with these people and we have no choice but I hate it so much. Canada post is much better.

UPS tracking should have scanning details but rarely ever does!

Terrible shipping times ...I know it’s Covid but other shipping companies are within2-3 days of promised shipping dates. Can’t even look up the latest status of parcel ...just says I. Transit which doesn’t provide much detail.

They work so slow and for more than a week my parcel is in transit.

Well my package was to be here on Friday May 29 before 9pm and it did not show and now is in transit again and it is saying that it is in my city right and they can’t tell me why either that it has not be delivered

My package said it would be here on the 2 or June and It’s the 3 of June it still hasn’t shipped

How is my package stuck in my own city and still not delivered to my place? You can’t even give me proper details as to why it’s delayed, and the details you do give does not make any sense. I will never ever use UPS or ever recommend anyone to use you. I just want my package right now. This is ridiculous

UPS returned an item of mine. They didnt even try to call me to pick it up. Would rather use FedEx! They deliver to my front door EVERYTIME!!!!

Completely horrible. Got two day shipping but somehow the delivery date got pushed back a week. Checked the tracker and it hasn’t been updated since it was shipped you guys need to do better

Terrible service. I ordered merchandise for a customer who sent the package Purolator and I received it the next day. Don’t understand why your company can’t do the same service

Love our driver for postal code R2P1G5. He is so friendly and helpful. can always count on a smile and a wave from him. I am in a wheelchair and he will carry my parcel in for me. Thank you for your great service.

I mailed a package off Friday, paid for next day delivery, Saturday, the package didn’t arrive until Monday smh
