Your to slow to deliver

Might be better off having my parcel sent through regular mail

My package has not been delivered yet. As of tommorow i will have been waiting 11 days for delivery.

they schedule & tracking are very accurate.

After 7 days waiting they don`t let me pick up from their location and they don`t deliver , service is Toronto till Montreal , 1 box .. bus service is faster and still need to wait another 4 days as per their client service , so total 11 days Toronto Montreal and is not over or confirmed yet .. I don`t know what to say

May 29 I sent out a package was supposed to arrive may 30 it's now Monday the 1st not arrived yet.

It’s not always updated

the number of times before this pandemic was even a thing, the ups driver would dump the box and run not wven botheri g to ring to let me know i received a package .

It's the worst delivery system I have seen. Two incidents - no updates, not delivered on time. Nobody to answer your questions at the customer service either. Managers/ supervisors just pass the buck.

Terrible service and not be used again

I placed an order on May 15 still not received even though they say it's on it's HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This is crazy, I wait for more than a week for my package

The status is very slowly and the details are very limited

This is the second time ups claimed. They delivered somthing that i never got then they have the nerve to tell you to go to the seller. No! You should be accountable at this level because you claim to have delivered you r driver's are just dropping package s unsafely without verifying the person who ordered
