Didn't delivered on time

6 days over since shipping date, but the item hasn't been transited yet!!! WEIRD!!!

There is nothing awesome about your service I'd give you 0 star's but can't even give an option without giving you a star you most definitely don't deserve

This service is terrible. If I knew... why you are still in business, read what your customers are thinking about you. Close your business if you can’t satisfy your clients. It’s a shame!

I paid $90 to have a very small package sent from Vermont USA to Manitoba and was told that it would be here in2to3 days.We received an email saying it would be at my door on Thursday May 28 no parcel then another email saying it left Brandon Manitoba at 8:11 Friday May 29.Still no parcel!!!Needless to say I am P—-ed!!!!Very poor service for that price Will definitely not have anything shipped by UPS again!!!!

New guy on our route, should have gotten this yesterday. He said had wrong street number. Be interested to see what his excuse is today. Lazy worker. Guess he is going to save it for Monday now and let regular guy when he comes back to deliver it. Not happy at all

Package has been in transit in the same city I live in for 4 days now.. no help, no customer service. Using Covid as an excuse to not be held accountable for poor logistics. They should be ashamed. I understand things happen but they are rude and telling you lies. I don't care if the package takes a week. Just tell the truth.

Ups is not very professional, they are slow and when you call them they say they don't know when you will get your package, its 11 days now that I am waiting, I called them 4 times and they still does not know when I will get it.
