Terrible customer service , waiting since May 7 , no updates in system , drove by UPS building and freight pulled all over the floor , asked driver what's going on he said chaos . He told me that they are not scanning freight so nobody knows including the tracing people where the parcels are.

The worst delivery company that I can think of. My parcel has been with them for ages now. Firstly, they said that they attempt to deliver my parcel, which I doubt as I was at home. Secondly, they have tried to deliver my parcel several times and they say that they can't locate the address. If they truly attempted to deliver the parcel first time, why can't they locate the address again?? I been on it for over 2 weeks now! It is a nightmare....

Horrible experience with multiple customer service agents. Told multiple different things about my delivery. Told on one call it was fraud. Wrong they were. I’m still waiting for my package at 10pm pregnant and exhausted.

WORST customer service ever - and I'm including Spectrum, the most hated company in America. In 10 days I have NOT received a straight forward answer as to WHERE my heart medication is or WHEN it will arrive! It started in NJ and I live in NY. They say it went to FL, IL, back to NJ, then 5 miles from my house, back to IL!!!

I was supposed to received parcel on May 26th. Until now nothing. Tracking not updated. Clueless what going on with Ups. My daughter is so upset.Need to do her online work. Really bad. On the phone hours .

The worst service ever! Asks for cell number to give updates & updates are never given. Information given when calling is always wrong, status never updated so agents cannot give correct info. Not agents fault, lack of management guidance. Will never ever use UPS.
