Website was very helpful.

It is ridiculous that a shipment was supposed to be here two weeks ago, and is still sitting in a Richmond Warehouse I have got no updates on this package and will never use UPS again.

It really doesn’t tell me anything

A parcel that was to be delivered may 26 is still in Ontario since may 22. The tracking wont even update a new delivery date.

I payed for next day delivery and it has been two days now. The employee put in the wrong address and supposedly it was corrected but still no delivery. I am very upset with this company.

Every time I order though ups my package always gets stolen or never receive.UPS guy just puts in by the door and don’t even knock

Horrible service...was supposed to get a call back from UPS 48 hours ago for my package being delayed over 2 weeks and still no call back and no information.

Heading into a third day of a package that should have been delivered on the 27th it's out in transit to be delivered has never made this Mark still waiting going into the 29th now I've lost two days pay waiting on a very important package truly cannot afford to take off a third day it's a sad

Late all the time. No contact to tell me when I can expect my delivery.

The last three packages and I haven't ordered in a while have all not come because I am the last stop on the route of every day because I'm figuring employees lazy the tired I don't get no notification until it's too late you could leave the package at your place and I will come get it cuz it's no more than 10 minutes away but I have to wait all day to find out the my package is not going to be delivered to me three different times

Never let you know when they arrive,very frustrating
