Its the worst carrier company they keep saying in transit for days and still not here having me home waiting giving a time between 8 am and 9pm it's very forstrating I will NEVER NEVER ever use UPS Again

On the phone with UPS associates and supervisor; apparently the associate said my parcel was not at the location that it last scanned at, his supervisor said it was. It stayed in concord Ontario for 8 days before it was transferred north. They don’t even know what’s happening with parcels. What a joke of a company.

On hold 49 minutes to get an answer about my shipment, two seconds she said it was shipped and hung up. Just checked through the website and it says it’s still in concord. Now on hold again. My order has taken three weeks which should be 5-7 business days. One item says shipped and haven’t received it. I will never use this delivery agent ever! Very dissatisfied. I will have to file a claim. If you don’t want your items this century, you’ve come to the right place; or don’t want your items entirely and want to waste your time on the phone for hours, you’ve come to the right place.

My Old Navy order for April 2020 was never delivered and UPS could not explain why or where the package was. My Old Navy order from May 2020 has not arrived either and I cannot get any info on where it is because My wait times on phone Have exceeded 1 hour each time I’ve called. Pacel is stalled in Concord Ontario now for over a week. Good thing it's not a medical thing. Talked to multiple people, all say the same thing. UPS delivery is the worst in the country! Longest delivery times bar none! If it were up to me, I wouldn't ship nothing with UPS , perio6!

Called the Charlotte transit number 704-599-7150. They told me to call corporate. Explained that I had already done this and there were no live agents due to pandemic. They were laughing and telling me that was impossible, yet many other UPS stores that I called said they had heard that from many customers. Extremely rude and poor customer service. For the record, there are no live agents. I’ve called about 10 times on different days.
