I am very upset with UPS. My daughter shipped a parcel to me more than 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I got a notice that they “missed us” but I was home at the time. I went to the UPS Access Point 2 days in a row and it isn’t there. So where the heck is it?

Me and my neighbor Connie Grammer made a order together off of Amazon for my son/her grandsons birthday presents that is on May 30 need to find out if the package will arrive on time

Terrible. Compared to other carriers alot to learn about updates on route .

Poor directions and info on delivery

They lost my freaking package. Sorry excuse of a company. They probably stole it like most of there drivers do.

Got notified package was delivered, but it was not. Could not follow up using phone, nor internet. Had to contact the merchant that sent package for follow up and replacement.

Where did you get those 4.5 stars from your moms??? Worst service ever, shame on you!!!!

A little slower then I thought. Its taken over 10days delivery

On the UPS website and other apps that I use to track my parcels said that I was suppose to receive me shipment by 8:59 I waited to 9:30 and no driver Now On the UPS website it says delivery time had changed to the next day at this point UPS word doesnt mean anything I would be surprised if I seen my package next week even though it says out for delivery

Your service is pathetic 2 days in transit from Lachine to Les Cedres and still not delivered
