Knocked twice looked at the doorbell and walked off with my package he has had for a couple days now saying it will be delivered everyday with no result it disgust me to be treated this way. I’ve called 20 different people who don’t know anything or where the hell he is or if it will be delivered

  • Very bad delivery service. My package said it has been out for delivery 4 straight days. What the hell did you get lost every day and had to return to the shop. When people say you have to learn the hard way, well I am by ordering through ups. Next time Amazon all the way.

  • Not only do I have to worry about not having a job during this pandemic, but now I have to worry about NOT dying because UPS delivery decided it would be okay to SEPARATE my packages, and low and behold the box with my extra medications is out there in the world. Not only did I have to be admitted to the ER this morning because I have yet to review my package. My cousin has been on the phone was customer service representative who have been hanging up in his face and giving LIES about what really happen. You people should be ashamed of yourself. I don't know what news station will listen to me about that but it's 2020, they LOVE a good story. A young BLACK women is in critical condition due to incompetent and overly poor training. I have every phone call recorded since TUESDAY when all of this happen.

  • You guys are horrible. I'll never let anyone ship to me with ups again. Left for delivery you say you forgot a label on it. Next day you don't even put it back on the truck for delivery again. Calling is useless, even if you wait for the hour to get connected. Last time for you guys for sure.

  • I was given a notification that my package would arrive today! Was excited however it never arrived. Very disappointed and not sure as to why they would warn me without even knowing if it will arrive on the set date. Use Fedex next time!!
