All I can say is terrible customer service. Package not delivered. No one available for assistance.

Just awful. No real help when trying to a package. It was not delivered on the date it supposed to be. Virtual helper was no help at all 5/20/20.

I have two package delivered by ups and it keeps changing the date, now more than two weeks and still no answer, worse service ever

One day shipping has now turned in to 3 days and is again saying package is running late. Which no doubt means I won’t see it today. Can’t reach a live person, only your generic messages and then they hang up when you ask for customer service. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been waiting for my packing for 2 weeks and it is sitting here in Windsor. If I could pick it up I would. Slowest service I’ve ever had with any deliveries.

Paid for two day express shipping - five days still waiting for delivery. Tracking not in real time.

Parcel never arrived on time even though I paid the extra money for express delivery!!!! Not worth paying the extra money ends up being same time line for arrival. Never again!
