  • No stars the worse service every my parcel has been in the local depot for 10 days!!!!! And I am unable to pick it up myself.

  • Second week in a row that tracking info was totally wrong. Not even close. And yesterday it kept saying between 11:15-3:15 and package never came at all. This morning all they can say is it's in transit. No delivery info available. Fed x in future

  • Absolutely horrible service they keep telling me my package is on the way it's been stuck in Concord since 2 days ago no further updates then it says it's in Brampton then it's back to being in Concord getting very frustrated I understand there's some concerns with covid-19 but this is ridiculous going to call the company and ask for a refund

  • Last week I was expecting my package and waited on front porch for four hours going by UPS estimated time frame. It came 3 hrs after that. Yesterday I waited for another package for 6 hours on porch and it never came at all. Their tracking web is a joke. Now it's saying it's in transit again but has no details.

  • A package from Vaughan to Brampton is taking 4 days to deliver. It was scanned Thursday morning that it was on the truck, out for delivery and it's Friday and still not here. This was received in their warehouse Monday night. A 30 min drive away takes them days. Blame covid all you want, this is ridiculous.

Thank you very much for handling and satisfying my requests. In these difficult and uncertain times it’s a pleasant surprise to be treated in such a kind and thoughtful manner.

  • I am very disappointed in UPS service. I paid quite a bit to have a perishable package delivered in 2 days. We're on day 4 and it still has not been delivered. The frustrating thing is it shows that it's within a couple of miles of where it needs to go. It was food made for my son's birthday that I'm afraid is going to have to be thrown out by the time he gets it. Very disappointing I should definitely get a refund!

  • Can't seem to find my house when the address is clearly marked in two places. Have called twice to resolve the issue with zero results. I find it amazing that Amazon prime and FedEx have no problem finding our house. Very unsatisfied.

  • I am very mad. The UPS driver left my package on my neighbors porch instead of mine. If I were to go take it. I think people would think that I would be stealing
