Delivery not delivered on delivery date. UPS is garbage!!! Palmdale CA

Package was supposed to be delivered by 9pm yesterday. Then the system said between noon and 4pm today. Here it is 4:10pm and still no package. I am very ticked off at ups.

In my opinion UPS is one of the worst! Never on time, horrible customer service too

They are holding my package and still demanding me to pay duty after I've already paid it

Worst delivery company ever. Packages are always late. I gave two stars only because the drivers are usually really friendly.

First date show to deliver never arrived and after that impossible to track

Package WAS out for original delivery date on 5/17 was never delivered. Again package has been out for delivery since 6am and is now 10:30pm and still has not arrived. Can’t talk to anyone and this is very frustrating. UPS used to be dependable but I can’t imagine a package on truck two different days and still not delivered and can’t get any answers

We have been a business shipper with UPS for 10 years. They have been exceptional in handling our packages and getting them delivered safely on time, 99.9% of the time. We tried other shippers and nobody did as good a job as UPS. They will always have our business, based on the past 10 years experience with them. Actually, we can not say enough good things about them.

No good excuse for being late

I was supposed to receive my package on May 11th, It said Out For Delivery. I saw their van passing my house by then it changed to An Emergency Situation or Severe Weather Condition Has Delayed Delivery. Up until now, I still haven’t received my package and the new status is again Out For Delivery. The Worst Service Ever

Taking forever to deliver my package I was supposed to have it last week for Mother’s Day and a week letter I still don’t have it . Horrible service

I still do not have my parcel that said on delivery may 13th. It is may 17th...

Great serivce but with coviod they do not except cash at the door.
