UPS reviews

Rarely delivered on the same day as website says. Rude drivers,they speed and throw your package on your doorstep. I cringe when I see that UPS is my delivery company.

There is a bright yellow note on my front door. It says to deliver all packages to threw back door. The driver has repeatedly placed boxes on my front porch. This is unacceptable!

Faster then I thought

I would endorse UPS for their great service. It is fast and efficient! And all the packages were in a great condition when I received.

Say its out for delivery, not turned up and now saying its back in transit from Friday

Walmart online orders this from a third party. 9 March 2020 is the delivery by date and it's 9.17 PM on 9 March 2020. The package is in Lenexa Kansas and not st louis mo. Ups is short for upset.

Horrible delivery! They left the sticker on the outside door, that they couldn't complete my delivery, but they even didn't try! Nobody called the door!

Did not get my package

It is such a drag to order something to find out it's getting delivered by UPS. There is nothing more dreadful or disappointing than to order something and get a tracking number from UPS. Makes me sad because I already know I will have problems due to it being from UPS. Never had an easy delivery from them & never does it come on time. I don't expect exceptional service from them. I have yet to receive it. They're a really horrible shipping company. It really sucks that when you order something you don't have a choice of who ships it. I would never choose UPS I would gladly pay more to have anything shipped to me from just about any other shipping company!

Good source of info for the impatient/anxious.

I think UPS has lost their integrity I've ordered several things and it takes always two days more than they guarantee

Driver was a lot of help with the paperwork as well as nice. My parcel was delivered on time. This was well worth the price for the service. Thank You UPS

Needed a package delivered asap, saw it arrived in my state, about 1.5 hours away from my house and it's still not here. Ridiculous.

There is never an attempt to deliver, just a note on the door to pick up at a location far away. I don't have access to transportation. Thanks.
