UPS delivery is the worse . My parcel was suppose to reach Nova Scotia on Wednesday 4th March. I received a message on the 5th that exception has occurred and due to bad weather the parcel is still in Moncton NB . I looked at the weather forecast in that area and it looked as if it was usual weather. Now it is almost 6 th March and tracker is telling me that it is still in Moncton. I have found Canada post much better and efficient and lot cheaper.

It takes all day to receive a package from UPS. I hate it if I needed insulin real bad I would probably die before it got to me from UPS.

Nice people but they put ur package wherever without confirming right address

If I could give less then one star I would as the sent my package to the opposite side on the province instead of where is should be and now it won’t arrive in time ... thanks ups for your good for nothing job !

It's has been a very good service over the past few years I've only one mis hap with them but other than that it's a great service

I love these guys there always dead on schedule trouble finding the apartment at first but that was my fault lack of info on mailing address but overall great rating

yeah I put my tracking devices said this already delivered and I never received it seems like nothing but UPS is nothing but a bunch of thieves

UPS worker changed shipping address destination. Package was due for delivery 2/13/2020, package never reeceived at destination or returned to point of creation. Poor customer service.

They have not send my package, it's been almost 3 months

Had a package delivered today. We live in a trailer court. The UPS driver delivered not mine but two other people's packages to the first house. When I found them I hand delivered all the packages for the UPS worker. All three of them had clearly labeled house numbers on them and they were all left at the wrong house together. Very disappointing

You sent my VA medications to Pennsilvania. I've been without neccessary medication for several days now. I will be talking to an attorney about this and a law suite against you by a disabled Vietnam veteran for causing unnecessary suffering.

I paid $142.00 to have a small 1.8 lb. Parcel over nighted from Edmonton AB to Kingston ON...that was a day ago..it was supposed to be there today at noon...NOT!!...Its still in Port Hope...I'm very disappointed ... never again... I didn't even want to give them one star...im angry and dissatisfied....
