The parcel could have been left with the neighbour or the delivery driver could have left a note but nothing . No email notification, you track it yourself, then changed the delivery location to a delivery store so that I can pick it up myself, paid $6 extra for redirecting the delivery ; again no updates , called twice and told everytime it would be there the next day but still no clue. It took more than 10 days and still waiting. Terrible service, worse than third world countries. A BIG SHAME ON YOU UPS.

They leave my package on the porch knock on my door and dont give me a chance to answer.by the time i get to the door which is promptly they almost back in their trucks..smh

Was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 24th. Called UPS. Instead of 605 as my apt. number, someone entered 805. Pkg was delivered to them, but they said it wasn't theirs. UPS said it would be delivered on Tuesday, 2/25th. Stayed home again, no rug, no phone, no nuthin from UPS. Called UPS again. They got my cell number and said I would receive a call from them before 12 noon on Wednesday, 2/26th. It is after 12 noon, and of course I have stayed home and received no phone call. I don't know what their problem is, but this has convinced me to NEVER pick UPS for a method of sending ANYTHING!!!

UPS came for a pickup. I wasn’t home so the driver took it upon himself to take the package FedEx had just dropped as his return, which it wasn’t. Now I’m out the cost of the package FedEx dropped off, plus the package didn’t get returned in a timely manner. After many phone calls, I filed a claim and it went no where. Most of the time deliveries go without a hitch but when there’s a problem UPS should take responsibility for it.

You need to be at home the whole day eating for the parcel to arrive as you don't have idea of the time they would come. If you're not home you can't pick up your parcel anywhere, they just reschedule the delivery for the next day. And the same can happen again....it's frustrating....
