Why there is 2 different tracking number to confuse people

I NEEDED my parcel by today. I made sure it was mailed priority to ensure its be here by today the latest. Apparently it takes over 3 days to ship something in from 2 hours away. The parcel shows are being recieved in the warehouse 5am this morning. Dont understand why it needed to sit there all day to (hopefully) being delivered a day later. Let's see if I get it tomorrow.... so disappointed

Tracking say delivered but never received. Sent again they said will deliver before noon still not received the second time. Horrible horrible.

Package was shipped Thursday 27th of feb... Its March 2nd and I still haven't received it....Worst service...I'll stick to priority mail..quick n easy

Most places are delivered very quickly!!..for some reason pkgs sent to TENN take longer than scheduled, maybe because it's a rural area?

The young lady that help me with my Amazon return was super.

They never ring the bell and always leaving my packages in the lobby where anyone and take. SMH

This was horrible, I sent a envelope on Friday I CAN NOT EVEN TRACK MY NUMBER

Tracking is pathetic. Today is 2/29/20. The last track posted was two days ago. Shipment delayed because of some flimsy excuse.

You are freaking kidding me. First the driver says he attempt delivery on the 26th. Never did that happen, then say he attempt delivery for the second time. Again that didn’t happen. I was at home both time and never did he come to my door. I had to go to the depot on the third time, because am sure if I didn’t he would of taken it back. And now he Has the nerve to say that he deliver It to us and left it at the door .... this is disgusting for what they asked for the company to have to pay for this service. So 0 for ratings Customer BEWARE!!!!!!! Surprise u can’t give them a 0 they will not let you go anywhere with ratings so I will give a 1 but it really is a 0
