My package went from dallas to brownwood to lubbock THEN back to dallas again! It did a cimplete round trip!

Terrible service. I was at home waiting for my package but driver said that I wasn't home. Really I called but no help from them now the have me going to a depot way out of my way when there is on 6 blocks from me

I sent a package that required insurance and a signature upon delivery. The package was delivered a day early and the box was in great condition. Thanks UPS.

Our UPS route is usually consistent. If there's a substitute, they forget to ring the doorbell.

the parcel was in Phoenix Arizona on Sunday. ready for delivery to quartzite Arizona. why would it be sent to Illinois arriving there at 11:00 Monday when it's supposed to be delivered to me in quartzite Monday

I agree with most everyone else on here. They tell you when the package will arrive, so you give that information to the people receiving it and then they wait and it doesn’t show. So go back and try to track it and that doesn’t work well. It’s from the location it let to somewhere before the destination place. Wow not helpful at all. I expect when they tell you a date then it should arrive then. Not 3 days later. We pay them to do this. Will go with someone else next time.

Drop a package off in New York City and it's still having to write in Fairmont West Virginia according to your delivery it went almost 200 miles out of its way and it still has not arrived
