  • So I had a package come the apparently needed a signature. No clue why? But nobody would help me. All I wanted was to give authorization that they can leave it at my door. It was not even a high dollar item. Makes no sense to make something so simple so difficult

  • Nothing like a driver that doesn't know how to knock, a pick up date scheduled the day before I got the sticker, and customer service telling me that it's not the driver's fault that they can't do their job and refused to reschedule pick up without trying to charge me another $20 something pick up fee i already paid for. I have better service with the local postal service.

  • My package was shipped for overnight delivery. It showed out for delivery all day and was taken back to the UPS facility. The reason provided for delayed delivery was weather/natural disaster. The weather was clear, dry, and 60+ degrees. There were no natural disasters in my town that day. The gift was needed for a Birthday party two days after it was due to arrive, and sadly I am still waiting. I called to file a complaint and was told a supervisor would call me within an hour. Still waiting for a call days later. Very poor customer and delivery service.

  • Ridiculous is all I can say... charged my elderly mother 35 dollars for a 2 day delivery and it's not gonna be delivered until a week later with no refund.. even if there was a weather delay that is unacceptable in anyone's book... never again will we use ups ... if I could give negative stars I would

  • Tracking the device online was good but the sms service that's supposed to update you on your package did not report and I wish there were more locations where I live but I may change my review depending on how well they handle delivering back to me

  • Im very disappointed that a parcel that I sent special delivery with a signature required was delivered to the wrong address. It is now the 8th day and it has not been delivered. I have contacted the UPS vendor and they seem to be putting me off now with bo word on if it was retrieved and resent. The package was time sensitive and was keys and entry fobs for a horse I rented. Now I am concerned I with be charged money for all if the lock replacements in the community and for the home. I will not return to that store because again they have put me off until Monday with no word of the status. Alyce Baker

  • Always delivering my PACKAGES to the wrong address and never recovering them. Says package has been delivered and I never receive it or it comes days later.. NEVER USE UPS.. LET USPS DELIVER THE PACKAGES
