Had no idea item was outside my door. Got into bldg without using intercom system, therefore was not alerted person was here to deliver a VERY HEAVY box I had to bring in myself. Have to admit did hear an EXTREMELY SOFT know & thought know was for neighbors whose door is about 3 INCHES from my door. This delivery person needs to be MORE CONSCIENCES and alert customer with a HEALTHY KNOCK PLEASE. Would be much appreciated. Be with others as you would want others to be with you and your family.. Plain & simple. I say all this with upmost respect for being a better person and employee.

I hate when I make a purchase online only to find out that the website I purchased from uses UPS for delivery and they always come during the time that I work so I then have to drive out of my way to pick up the parcel. It’s stupid, what good is a shipping service if I have to always pick up the parcel from UPS ?? I prefer Canada post because at least they will drop the parcel at hour front door or, if it requires a signature, the postal outlets are always within walking distance.

You should have a package where it is put on your notice for the next day to get picked up Mark on the flip the correct information

What's the point of tracking something when it doesn't give you a eta ... I have to sign for it so am I supposed to stay home all day

UPS store clerk and the pick up driver were both very friendly and helpful. Manuel Trujillo from So. Cal is great with customers and the best driver.

Horrid service. Employees always over stressed. Packages never on time. Better luck with FedEx or usps. Which is why I mistakenly used them again. They should change their name to. Mess up your day. Muyd.
